Macy joined the Hawkeye Student-Athlete Academic Services staff in October 2022. She earned both her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and Master of Arts in Sport and Recreation Management from the University of Iowa. Before joining the SAAS staff full-time, Macy served as the Group Services Manager at the Cedar Rapids Tourism Office. She currently lives in Iowa City with her husband, Luke, and their dog, Millie.
